Southern Café 1 mile walk - Avocado Toast was a little disappointing - was wondering how much condos rent?

Cajun - Anya's Lobster better than Lobster house and a lot cheaper.  Gumbo was excellent.   Had a guy playing beach music poorly trying to pull people for happyhour.
